33 Ten supported the transaction for Landmark Power Holdings' first project — a £40 million-plus power project in Worksop.
The team supported project coordination, capital raising and project delivery in Worksop.

Chairman
Ivan is an experienced business leader, chairman and former CEO with a track record spanning listed companies, private equity and high-growth businesses.
He has served as CEO of a listed company with annual revenues of approximately £350 million, advised private equity-backed businesses, chaired a number of companies and been involved in building, scaling and successfully exiting businesses.
Ivan brings significant experience in leadership, strategy, investment and business growth to 33 Ten.
Stephen Khan
Founder
Stephen is an entrepreneur and project developer with extensive experience across energy, infrastructure and property.
He has been involved in capital raises exceeding £100 million and in the development and delivery of more than £100 million of projects.
His focus is on originating and developing opportunities, structuring commercial propositions and bringing together the capital, technology and delivery partners required to execute them.
